Shoes must only be tried on indoors
Items must be in original condition
Original packaging must be included

Proof that the goods have been shipped back

For children’s shoes specifically:
Shoes must only be tried on indoors
No outdoor wear
No dirt, marks or visible signs of use
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a full refund.
Returns are not accepted for:
Custom or personalised products
Items made to individual specifications
Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed
Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
