Introduction

At EBMINI® Kids, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If you change your mind, you may return your order within thirty (30) days, subject to the conditions outlined below.

This policy applies to customers purchasing for personal use.


Change of Mind Returns

You may return your order within thirty (30) days from the date you receive your final item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Shoes must only be tried on indoors

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with a clear written request.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return instructions.

Returns must be authorised before being sent.

Unauthorised returns may not be processed.


Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will refund:

  • The purchase price paid

  • Standard delivery costs (if applicable)

Additional shipping options selected at checkout are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive:

  • The returned goods, or

  • Proof that the goods have been shipped back

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

No additional fees will be charged for the refund.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We are unable to accept responsibility for returns sent without prior authorisation.


Condition of Returned Goods

You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

For children’s shoes specifically:

  • Shoes must only be tried on indoors

  • No outdoor wear

  • No dirt, marks or visible signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a full refund.


Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Items made to individual specifications

  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed


Important Notes

Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

We recommend using tracked shipping for your return.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.
